LNEYA’s climatic test chamber is applicable for chip aging test.
The climatic test chamber provides an environment with high temperature, high humidity and high air pressure to accelerate the aging process of products, simulating the long-term aging situation of products in actual usage. It is a commonly used testing method in the chip industry. Through this testing method, the reliability and lifespan of chips can be inspected within a short period of time, thereby improving the quality and reliability of products.
