In the process of frequent replacement of test products in the temperature control system for new energy battery and motor testing, since the coolant in the test products and connecting pipes cannot be effectively recovered, it will cause serious waste and pollute the environment. At the same time, due to the loss of coolant in the temperature control equipment, it will cause a low liquid level alarm in the expansion tank of the equipment. The equipment in the prior art uses manual liquid replenishment, which often leads to delays in the progress of the test due to untimely replenishment. The liquid replenishment operation is cumbersome, and it is necessary to open the liquid filling port cover for liquid replenishment. During the liquid replenishment process, the coolant in the expansion valve will be oxidized when in contact with the air, and due to frequent opening of the cap, it is difficult to prevent external impurities from entering the circulation system and causing system pollution. and clogging.
The lneya water-cooled chiller and the tested object are connected to a test platform adapter; the inside of the component is cooled and heated by ethylene glycol aqueous solution; the test component needs to experience a specific temperature change curve and record the temperature change.
The temperature range usually ranges from -40 to 100 degrees (can be extended to 150 degrees). While controlling the temperature, you can also choose to control the flow or pressure; it is equipped with a powerful circulation pump to ensure the delivery of high-viscosity liquids; Frequency conversion adjustment or proportional control valve is used to control the flow output to realize high-precision control of 5% to 100% of the total range.
