Air-cooled and water-cooled methods of cooling and heating circulators
The cooling heating circulator is controlled by high and low temperature during operation. After the user runs at high temperature and low temperature, it can be heated with heat transfer oil, which is water-cooled and air-cooled.

1. It belongs to electronic equipment. It should be cleaned, dusted, and energized regularly to prevent the components from being damaged by moisture. Partial inspection and performance inspection should be carried out regularly to understand their technical status and ensure that the equipment is always in good working condition.
2. Maintenance should be carried out regularly such as cleaning, lubrication, rust prevention, dustproof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and other maintenance work.
3. The anti-sinking filter should be cleaned at least once every two weeks, and it should be regularly maintained and cleaned to improve the heat dissipation effect, and to prevent the need of overload-induced fire and damage to the equipment.
4. The heat transfer medium is in a closed system with an expansion vessel, and the heat transfer medium in the expansion vessel does not participate in the circulation.
5. In the process of temperature control, the material, quantity, size, inlet and outlet temperature, flow rate, temperature control accuracy, temperature control time and other working conditions of the reactor are required.
6. Understand the principle of temperature control, the temperature control methods of different manufacturers are different, and choose the equipment that suits you.
7. Understand and analyze the quality, performance, structure, configuration, accessories, price, after-sales service, distribution, etc. of the analysis equipment, choose the correct manufacturer, and avoid wasting money and time by choosing the wrong one.
These two cooling methods are selected according to the environment in which they are located. They are used in the industry that requires temperature control of the reactor. They mainly help customers to speed up the progress of the reactor experiment and meet the fixed cooling or heating temperature requirements. The air cooling of the all-in-one cooling and heating cycle test refers to the heat convection generated by the air flow, thereby reducing the temperature of the box to achieve cooling. Water cooling refers to cooling by flowing water or other coolant, and the cooling efficiency of water is generally higher than that of wind.
