How to Control Static Electricity in Ultra-Low Temperature Test Chamber?
When using the ultra-low temperature test chamber, in order not to affect the quality of it, we need to better control static electricity. So how to control static electricity in Wuxi crown sub-cryogenic test chamber?
Static electricity in the ultra-low temperature test chamber is caused by friction between objects and separation of these factors. Therefore, it is necessary to avoid these factors as far as possible. For example, liquid in the ultra-low temperature test chamber in pipeline transportation or other operations, it is recommended to reduce the operating speed, but this will also affect the operating efficiency of cryogenic test chamber, so the more appropriate method is to reduce the operating speed of the ultra-low temperature test chamber. It is better to choose materials which are not easy to generate static electricity.
In order to better control the static electricity, the charges generated can be grounded properly through metal conductors, so that the generated charges disappear in the earth. If it is a charged body, it can be simply eliminated. If it is chemical fibers and petroleum, the charges in the charged part are difficult to move, and this kind of effect is not significant.
The ultra-low temperature test chamber can add conductive properties to items to make charge leakage, which also include tires or boots and factory floor materials operated by ultra-low temperature test boxes, adding metal powder, and using hydrophilic oils in chemical fibers or plastics to prevent static electricity. Increasing the relative humidity in the air in the ultra-low temperature test box will form a water absorbing layer on the surface of the object and enhance the conductivity. For this reason, the humidity can be increased by means of adjusting humidity device or sprinkling water in places where there is possibility of live electricity. But the problem is that people may feel unwell or have adverse effects on equipment and products.
