제품 설명
초저온 냉장고는 냉동 보존 상자, 극저온 냉장고, 냉동 보존 상자 등으로도 알려져 있으며, 일반적인 저온 냉장고는 -65 ℃ ~ -10 ℃입니다.
초저온 냉장고의 냉동 시스템은 기본적으로 캐스케이드 냉동의 작동 원리를 채택하고 고온 및 저온 압축기로 완전히 밀폐 된 압축기 2 개가 장착되어 있습니다. 저온 증발기의 구리 튜브는 코일 형태로 내부 상자 외부에 직접 부착되고 코일과 틈새의 상자 벽 사이에 열전달 시멘트 블록이 부착되어 열교환 효과를 높입니다. 응축식 증발기는 실 모양의 구리 튜브 4개로 구성된 쉘 튜브 구조로 역류 열교환이 이루어집니다.
극저온 단계 시스템에는 가스 열교환기가 장착되어 증발기에서 나오는 저압 가스가 응축기 증발기 이전의 고압 가스와 열교환되도록하여 응축 증발기의 열 부하를 줄일뿐만 아니라 열을 최대한 활용하며 왁스 제거 필터가 가장 일반적이며 필터의 주요 목적은 시스템의 "오일 막힘"가능성을 줄이기 위해 동결 오일에서 파라핀을 제거하는 것입니다.
또한 다양한 용도에 따라 초저온 냉장고에 일부 액세서리를 장착할 수도 있습니다. 예를 들어, 온도 재측정
작동 매개 변수의 영구 기록을 위해 코더; 특수한 상황에서는 이산화탄소 백업 시스템을 사용하여 가스 보존 환경이 정상 상태를 유지하도록 보장하고 저압에서 압축기의 정상적인 작동을 보장하기 위해 전압 부스터를 선택합니다.
