The function of the water pump of the industrial water chiller is to provide pressure and water flow according to the needs of the system. The chilled water pump is the water pump, also known as the circulating water pump. Of course, the chilled water pump is not only the water pump in the industrial water chiller system, but also may exist in the cooling water system of the air-cooled water chiller.
The water pump of industrial water chiller can determine the water flow of chilled water, that is, the water flow of chilled water is not only affected by the size and capacity of the water tank, but also affected by the chilled water pump. The water flow can determine the range of refrigeration temperature to some extent. When the same cooling capacity is transmitted with chilled water as refrigerant, the larger the water flow is, the higher the temperature of the cooling capacity will be.
Water flow is controlled by chilled water pump, so there is a close relationship between chilled water pump and industrial water chiller refrigeration. The specific reasons are as follows: while the water flow of the industrial water chiller increases, the cooling capacity of the chilled water per unit area will decrease. Although the total cooling capacity remains unchanged, the cooling capacity per unit area of the chilled water has decreased. Therefore, if the chilled water flow is large, the cooling effect will become worse and the temperature will become higher, However, this does not mean that the refrigeration capacity of the compressor and the whole chiller system becomes worse.
The chilled water system includes water pipeline, chilled water tank, water pump, etc. the specific parameter selection and xing’shi selection of the water pump are closely related to the model of the industrial chiller. Whether the type of the water pump and the parameter model can be selected will directly determine the refrigeration capacity of the industrial chiller and even whether the industrial chiller can work normally.
