Rotary evaporator, Double-layer glass reactorglass reactor and distillation system are commonly used concentration equipment in laboratories.
There are many types of laboratory glass reactors, including single-layer glass reactors, double-layer glass reactors and triple-layer glass reactors. Different hot and cold circulating fluids (hot water/hot oil/refrigerated liquid) can be passed into the interlayer of the glass reactor. In the sealed glass container, the reactants are stirred and reacted at normal pressure or negative pressure. The fully transparent reaction process is clear at a glance. It is an ideal experimental pilot equipment for modern biopharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, and new material synthesis.

–Reciraclating Chiller
The size of the vessel varies from small (0.5 liter) to large (150 liters and up) depending on the volume of the experiment. By connecting the glass reactor to external equipment such as heaters, coolers, vacuum pumps and agitators, the researcher is able to control various aspects of the experiment.

Single jackets have an outer layer that allows connection to a recirculating chiller or heater.
Recirculating chillers are used not only to cool any condensers, but primarily to cool the jacket layer of the reactor. Smaller 10-20 liter reactors that only require cooling can utilize a benchtop chiller.

Recirculating Chiller & Heater
Larger reactors will require both heating and cooling to accommodate testing and research laboratories. For applications that primarily require cooling, there are units equipped with high intensity cooling and heating.
–Recircualting Heaters
Strong heaters may be required for distillation, decarboxylation and dissolution of certain solutions. Scaling up to 50 liters and large reactors that require high temperatures for distillation of gases and decarboxylation of oils, a more powerful heater is necessary.
